Nicky was born on the 4th of July 1961.
He's a teaching informatics at the CVO Sint-Paulus in Waregem.
Passionate about the universe, he's an active member of VVS (Vereniging voor Sterrenkunde) and "Space Teacher" of Euro Space Society.
In the mean time he acquires quite a bit of experience: he visited Frank De Winne during his training in Star City (Russia), participated as a test subject in a medical experiment of K.U.Leuven, made a parabolic flight on board of the Airbus Zero G of Novespace ESA, represented Belgium at the International Space Camp Academy in Huntsville (Alabama, USA) in 2008 and participated in a test on the ESA centrifuge.
Nicky De Munster will be crew engneer during MDRS 90 and responsible for IT. He will take care of a significant part of the educational program and will participate in various experiments.
